产品简介：This fully automatic rapid pesticide residue detection equipment integrates multiple functional modules, including a multi-channel pipetting module, liquid adding module, vortex mixing module, metal incubation module, spectrophotometric detection module, and data display module. It supports the fully automatic detection operation of rapid detection reagents for organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides based on the enzyme inhibition method.
The equipment automatically adds buffer solution, acetylcholinesterase, chromogenic agent, substrate, etc., and completes pretreatment process steps such as vortex mixing and metal incubation. It measures the change in absorbance over time at a wavelength of 412 nm using a spectrophotometer, calculates the inhibition rate via a formula, and generates the detection result.
In the rapid screening of large batches of samples, it optimizes the timeline and utilizes time gaps to achieve highly automated continuous loading and unloading. Meanwhile, it improves detection efficiency: the 48-channel detection takes no more than 1 hour, and it can save 1 to 2 rapid detection laboratory personnel.
